✅ 7.5-hour workdays
✅ Starting hourly wage: $21.90 to $28.19 in 2027, depending on prior education, training, and experience
✅ 4% raises per year through 2028
✅ Max pay: $35.63 under the 2028 8-year step structure
✅ 17 paid holidays
✅ PTO: 28 days to a max of 43 days
